Scholar Nomination Form

Do you know a student who would like to attend college, but may need additional support to do so? Please use the form below to tell us more about them! Nominators are encouraged to speak with the student prior to nomination and include Parent's contact information whenever possible. Upon receipt, Upward Bound staff will reach out to the student and their parent/guardian and invite them to apply to the Program. Parents, if you are interested in having your student become a part of the UNC Upward Bound Program, please complete an Application. Students may be nominated as early as second semester of their 8th grade year. Preference is given to 9th and 10th graders, but juniors may be admitted as space is available.
